Gordon L. Mountjoy & Associates, Inc., General Contactors, was established in 1959. The majority of the projects constructed are automobile dealerships, concrete structures, industrial tracts, commercial, and office buildings.

Our principal office is located in Orange County California. Our primary focus is contracting In California; however, at the request of our clients we have had projects in Arizona, Connecticut, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Hawaii.

Gordon L. Mountjoy & Associates, Inc., is unique in the sense that we manage for our clients a complete building program, which includes:

  • Assistance in locating land
  • Site planning
  • Architectural drawings
  • Structural engineering
  • Preparation of construction budgets
  • Assist in gathering information needed to secure financing
  • Acquire city planning approvals
  • Building department approvals
  • Complete construction of the project
  • Owners satisfaction

To date we have constructed more than three hundred automobile dealership facilities, concrete parking structures, commercial and office buildings.

We assist and advise the on the purchasing of equipment, equipment layout and installation, furnishings, maintenance, security, and all other matters concerning the facility.

Our building program is structured to provide our client a simple, complete, cost effective method of construction, and one that will be a pleasant experience.

Throughout the years we have maintained a basic business philosophy, which is to provide attractive well-designed buildings for the best value. From the beginning our goal has been to find a way to build without the usual architect, owner and contractor adversarial relationship. We believe the answer is to provide a complete building service including planning, design, architecture, engineering, and construction and include the owner as part of the team. Using this program, we have enjoyed twenty-five successful years of design and building construction and have established a repeat client list unsurpassed in the building industry.

The key to the success of our program has been the relationship of trust and confidence established between the owner, contractor, and architect creating an atmosphere to utilize the contractor's architect's best skills, efforts and judgment in furthering the interest of the owner.
